Train judgment, not just calculation
Ordinary puzzle sets tell you a winning move exists. Real games do not. This trainer mixes tactical positions with genuinely quiet ones, so the first task is deciding whether the position calls for calculation at all.
1. Judge the position
Commit to tactic, no tactic, or unclear before the solution changes your perception.
2. Prove the move
When you see a shot, play it on the board and follow the forcing line rather than guessing a motif.
3. Calibrate your vision
Track missed tactics and imagined tactics separately to see whether you under-calculate or chase ghosts.
